Supported Employment
Sunnyfield Enterprises employs over 300 people with disabilities across NSW
Work for a Living
Our supported employees and Transition to Work Program participants access nationally-accredited training programs, on-the-job training and a range of roles within the packaging and manufacturing industries. More recently, our business services have been strategically moving towards 'market competitiveness'. This will ensure both our long term sustainability and the best possible environment for the people we support to be part of a fully functional and profitable business. The people we support work for a living and love the independence this affords.
Sunnyfield Enterprises specialise in offering people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in meaningful and fulfilling employment in the Packaging & Manufacturing Industry. Sunnyfield employs over 300 people with disabilities across three business sites in Sydney. On the job training and support is provided to ensure each employee has the opportunity to gain new work skills and access a variety of challenging job roles.
Working at Sunnyfield Enterprises will provide you with the opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, supportive work team, make new friends, gain valuable employment experience, and be paid to work and earn a wage in accordance with the Supported Employment Services Award 2010.
To be eligible to become a supported employee the applicant must be registered with Centrelink, qualify for a Disability Support Pension and be available to work between the hours of 8am to 4pm, for a minimum of 3 days up to 5 days a week.
Opportunities for employment are now available at our business sites at Allambie Heights, Chatswood and St Marys.
